Location: Shanghai
Function: Lab Technician
Business Unit: Specialty Polymers& Adheisves
Job Responsibilities:
1.        Manage and maintain Specialty Polymers & Adhesives laboratory and related lab equipments.
2.        Perform sample tests and generate professional reports.
3.        Make product prototypes.
4.        Modify adhesive formulation.
5.        Coordinate external tests when necessary.
6.        Willing to work directly with customers to resolve problems and introduce new products.                                                                                                       
Job Requirements:
-        Bachelor degree or above majoring in chemistry related.
-        More than 1 year work experience in adhesives, coatings or inks, and hands-on experience on pressure sensitive adhesives will be a plus.
-        Knowledge of experiment design and data analysis.
-                    Innovative thinking.
-        Good communication and presentation skills
-        Good verbal and written English.
-        Detail orientation
-        Good organizational skills
